The 2 gentleman that I dealt with at the start Caden and Joel were very helpful and very courteous. Caden was very nice and knowledgeable with the first vehicle we test drove and he helped with all the initial paperwork. Then he had to help another customer and Joel took over and we then test drove another vehicle which I ended up leasing. He was helpful and tried ti help me put insurance on the vehicle even using his time.that he could have been helping someone else. The gentleman that I had to sign the paperwork with was very nice and helpful they worked very hard to get me approved. I would highly recommend Tucker Cheverolet again to people.

We waited roughly 3 months for a replacement battery for the 2022 Bolt EUV and when you could give us no credible idea when we would get one we decided to buy another EV. When a battery finally came in we asked that you buy the vehicle back from us and you refused. I thing that was very poor service.

I’ve always had my oil changes done at my dealership, Tucker Chevy, so I was quite surprised when I discovered that my oil was exceptionally low. I added some oil myself and scheduled an appointment with Tucker Chevy to have my truck checked out. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to take the truck in myself, but another family member was able to drop it off. However, during the visit, my family member was reportedly told by an employee, "All dumb females have oil issues because they're not smart enough to check it." Given that my family member is male, it seems that the employee felt the need to make this comment, implying that women are somehow incapable of maintaining their vehicles. This experience has been very disappointing. It appears that, according to at least one employee at Tucker Chevy, women are not only viewed as less knowledgeable about general vehicle maintenance but also disrespected for seeking professional help. As a loyal customer, I feel that we should not be spending our money at a dealership that clearly shows a lack of respect for a significant portion of their customer base.

The truck arrived, but scratches on the exterior and scratches on the rear view mirror, the turnaround rate of sales reps made the experience terrible the lack of communication is unprofessional. When ordering a truck it shouldn't be that difficult, the order was changed multiple times and eventually when the truck did arrive it was missing the trailer / fifth wheel prep package. After I placed the order the vehicle order was manipulated a few other times and the wrong vehicle was ordered then after realizing that era I was able to sit down again and reorder the truck. Then I was told if I ordered the High Country package the options that I wanted were going to be with the truck.

Our purchase of a used Equinox was easy for us and for the sales people. It was only after everything was signed that they handed us one key fob only. We asked for a 2nd key fob and were told us due to the cost, about $600, they could not give us one. It took from July 31 until October 21 to get the second one from Tuckers. This process included phone calls, emails (one unanswered) myself calling Quirk in Rockland to find the price was actually less than $400. Added to this was listening to the "F" word used repeatedly while I waited in the waiting area for the new fob and my oil change. We were not impressed with the customer service and will not purchase from Tucker again.

My experience at Tuckers was awesome. When I made an appointment for my oil change I had talked with Cody about buying new tires. Cody informed me of the sale one my tire for the month of October.
